Sep 4 2023 staff are terrible. rather than do their jobs, they sit around talking about their personal lives or smoke outside. food is usually cooked by the staff, so no professional chef on site.. activities are poor, outing once a month if that. stff can't seem to grasp basic concepts of care, like letting someone suffer in pain when they know full well that they are alergic to a medication or other product.
