Sep 9 2019 Not enough staff for individual needs. Rely on family visits. Do not insist on doctors visits even though some of the elderly are paying their wages
Original Comment Report...The Willows Care HomeBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Sep 9 2019 STAFFING. Normally only 2 staff for residents so when one is very unwell just left alone. Very poor control of personal items & my Mom has very little she needs ie underwear & nightwear/dressing gowns even though received as presents for birthday (dissappeared)Should either have lifts or organise people with walking difficulties (especially self funders) put in a downstairs room.. FOOD. Well if a quarter of a sandwich 3 crisps & a pineapple yogurt is anything to go by no wonder my Mom wont eat. Really think choices shouild be given. Also ACTIVITIES. In book says residents go out for walks in adjacent park?Only time my MOM has ever been out is when I have taken her, oh she has had one day trip with them on their yearly WESTON TRIP.
