Aug 22 2018 We have just moved our nan into Coppice lea Nursing home... we just wanted to say how professional and caring the team was at such a difficult time for us all. We were greeted by a very smiley and kind receptionist, who showed us the way to Nans room. This is a massive step for our family, we’ve had nan living with us all for 40 years, we never wanted it to end up this way, we would have loved for her to stay at home, but sadly she needs more care than we can give. LEO, her nurse, was excellent! Leaving us with no worries....! Nothing was too much trouble and knowing we can visit anytime was of great comfort too... Thankyou Coppice lea, for making this transition easier for us all... The Family
