Aug 12 2018 I am so happy to be writing this review. I moved my mother from another care home to Greenacres earlier this year. Having had a number of unresolved issues at the previous home I was quite nervous about the move. I cannot praise the home highly enough; from the lovely, caring staff to the beautiful food. My mother was in hospital recently and when i brought her back to the home I could not believe the number of staff including office staff who sought her out to hug and kiss her and welcome her back! My mother requires a lot of help due to medical issues- she is looked after with care and respect. The staff always treat her as an individual- not just 'an old lady.' I would thoroughly recommend Greenacres both for people that have a degree of independence or like my mother, require a lot of help throughout the day.
