Sep 5 2019 The dentist herself.was.absoltuely lovely and kind and Understanding However I went to dentist at appoitnmnet time I had been given 10.10 and arrive 15 mins early 955 to find the time of my appoitnmnet was 950 and I was not seen .the young man on the desk was unhelpful and clearly then escalated a routine rude letter saying I had wasted NHS time.i have worked for NHS for 37 years so I don't think so . I was not seen and then had to wait 3 weeks to see a.dentist I said I needed and extraction and had written proof of this from emergency dentist which paid to see £160 on a Sunday . However I turned up for a.routine ppoitnmnet just to be told what I had said that I needed a longer appoitnmnet for extraction that then can't be for 5 weeks . Following this.i.walked half way home to have call to.come.bavk a d pay £22 which I had not avoided paying bit nobody has asked for and then to be told if I did not pay i.would be.put.down as.a.bad debter .walked back to pay.The following day I had a.call to say something about my appoitnmnet this afternoon was free and clearly this call was.meant for my daughter . Not confidential really is.it . The whole experience has been poor bit the actual dentist could not have been nicer what a.she the staff who are the face of the practise are not the same .

Started with wisdom teeth problems and the receptionist made me aware of a cancelled appointment and I was seen within 24 hours. Did have a rocky start with the dentist that tried to sort the wisdom teeth but the management sorted out the problem efficiently and professionally. The dentists we see now are both fantastic. The reception team are very friendly and polite and run the appointment system with ease.
