Given that I probably have the worlds worst phobia and was suffering from a badly infected broken tooth, entirely my own fault for not being able to go to a Dentist, I cannot thank this group of people enough. From the second I walked through the door to the second I left I was treated with understanding, respect and reassurance. The Dentist and the nurses name who I was desperately trying to remember through the fog of 10mg of Diazepam and the receptionists were just plain wonderful. Having a 47 year old woman crying in the Waiting Room was no problem. Even though it was entirely my fault that I was in this emergency situation there was no judgement from the Dentist and I was told everything every step of the way. Brilliant, amazing and probably the nicest group of people in a Dentists Surgery that I have come across in my 35 year phobic journey. Thank you x

I have been under the care of this team for about 1.5 yrs due to other health issues. The ladies on reception are polite and always friendly and have understood my health needs which link with my teeth. Never a 'tut' if i have been unable to travel for an appt. Dentist & Dental Nurses have always been polite & respectful & have done their best. I have never been left in pain nor have I been left to wait to see a dentist when i have had tooth ache. If the other wards/clinics ran like this team within the hospital there would be very hard pressed to complain about. These are kind, respectful Health Care Professionals. I do not often leave feedback on Services as the Hospital is always part of my health care life & the 'tuts' I just ignore now if I cannot move quickly enough for an inpatient Dr/Nurse/HCA, I think staff forget they are employed to save & care for people and not the other way around - sad but true.This team does remember they are there to serve & care.

Had a wonderful dentist who extracted my tooth. Not painful at all, felt comfortable and at ease. All staff members are nice and friendly, have informed all friends and family.
