If you're an NHS patient they just watch your teeth rot until they need extracting (or fall out). I had all my top teeth 8 years ago, now I've just 3 left. |

After reading other reviews it felt reassuring to read others had shared a similar view of this awful practice & I hadn’t just been causing a drama over nothing. It’s true the ladies on reception are awful and make you feel upset & abused when you are trying to use the reception service. I disliked ringing up as I was always left feel negative mentally afterwards. On the last visit their demeanour was so horrible, even for just walking in! on top of that I had travelled 2hrs for treatment to be given only a temporary filling and told to come back in 2 months to complete the work. What magical temporary filling do they have that would last 2months? It was more likely to result in more pain, more mental upset ringing up to try and get an emergency appointment from the mean ladies, & left treat with no care & respect. Maybe you have to be a special MyDentist plan payer to get a real service from here? But i know from an nhs patient perspective it was an awful representation of our wonderful nhs, health & service was not a priority in this practice one bit. It’s more a business model prioritised for maximum earnings from a health service we all need. I decided to leave without the appointment & asked to be unregistered there instead. Atleast that way I can call 111 if I need to, deal with someone from the actual nhs, rather then give this awful practice another signed form to take more nhs funds when they don’t care about your health or service. Thankfully now NOT MyDentist! |

Had a check up and follow on work both with the dentist, the advice was accurate and perfectly delivered and the follow on work was professional and to a great standard. I can only talk from my experience but I would be very happy to see this dentist again. A 10/10 for the dentist without hesitation. |
