Got to the point where teeth needed restored, bridge was loose and wanted options (possibly including full dentures). Dentist, who said, was nothing she could do, if I had dentures, they would be rattling around in my mouth, And I would not be able to eat. See you in three months… receptionists rude and sarcastic.. Disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs…. |

The dentist was very reassuring during my treatment and discussed options with me beforehand. The hygienist was aware of my nervousness and recommended splitting my treatment over two appointments as a result and clearly explained and showed ways I could improve cleaning my teeth to improve my oral health Reply from Langmans @ Ely Place Mon, 18 Feb 2019 10:08:14 Z Thankyou ever so much for taking the time to provide feedback. We are very pleased that you have had positive experiences with our clinical team and we look forward to providing you with the same quality of continuing care. |

Avoid if you have a health condition. The receptionist thinks she's a Dr and will not let you book in.I got miss informed, over and over , one telling me the dentist wasn't working until October! The dentist himself says he was happy for treatment . A complaint to the practice manager has had no response, even though their policy is to reply within three days. * UPDATE* I’ve finally had reply,! Basically they can not deal with complexed conditions or disabilities. If you have either avoid. Also the receptionist lies through her teeth to cover her own back. To get out of a complaint the owner then accuses the patient of all sorts. A totally unprofessional and unorthodox surgery AVOID , |
