Encountered difficulty with mouth after receiving treatment. Contacted practice to speak to a dentist for advice and support. I was unable to speak to a dentist however, receptionist after speaking to a dentist advised me to google for information on my symptoms and home remedies. Why do I need this dentist? |

I have my smile back and it's thanks to the treatment I've received in the last year from this dental practice.
I'm an NHS patient and prior to finding this dentists I had badly neglected my teeth, to the point where I expected to have to have the remaining teeth removed.
On my first visit at the practice the dentist assured me that I could keep my remaining teeth but that i did need one extraction, some new dentures and to change the way I cared for my teeth.
I had the course of treatments, all of which went very well and were entirely painless even the extraction.
The dentures fit wonderfully well and I've had no issues with them at all.
Since then I've recently had a single filling that was also entirely painless.
Through out my treatments the dentist has explained fully the purpose of the treatment and put me totally at ease.
All the staff that I've met at the surgery have come over to me as warm friendly and highly professional.
The results for me speak for themselves I have my smile back. Reply from Upwell Road Dental Centre Mon, 11 Jun 2018 14:27:38 +0100 Thank you for your feedback, we are happy that we were able to help you smile again, from the Upwell Road Dental Centre team. |
