I went to the dentist with a toothache I was then told I had a infection so told to get antibiotics and I would need not one but two crowns and this would be done over two appointments one being a 90 min and the second a 30 min . So I went to book these I was then told that the emergency appointment along with the treatments that were required would amount to a little over £400 so I paid half and agreed to pay the rest on my next appointment. One week later I arrive at the dentist assuming this was my 90min appointment it wasn’t I went in he drilled two holes the filled them temporarily with 10 mins then told me I need to book a 90 min appointment to which I thought I was at !! So went to book it and pay a further £200 so all paid up for treatment I haven’t had done so after the payment was paid I get my appointment date for 5 weeks time !!! Bearing in mind I have two temporary fillings to which I asked because I was going on holiday would they last because I don’t want to get another infection I was told yes wrong ! . I have two weeks to go until my appointment and iam sat here in pain writing this I phoned the dentist today which took me 47 mins on hold waiting to get a receptionist eventually got through explained everything to which she replied nothing I can do you will have to wait until Monday and phone back ( Friday today ) I explained iam in pain I need to be seen ASAP as the procedure I have paid for in full has been started she said that makes no difference phone back Monday and they will try and fit me in on Tuesday or phone 111 and they will find a nhs dentist that will sort you out so all weekend in pain and a infection starting in a tooth which has been started . So I phoned 111 very helpful explained once again they have got me an emergency appointment straight away which will cost me £22 .70 which is nothing to get out of pain this was done in less than 10 mins !!! However Iam disgusted with My dentist andover I have paid in full never owed them anything for a treatment that has been started and they can’t see me for 5 mins and have to wait for 5 weeks between appointment s and get spoken to as if they don’t care |

Great practice, always understanding and will fit you in for emergency appointments. My dentist is great caring, informative about my options and gives me a detailed reason for my treatment. I have seen another dentist in the downstairs surgery near reception he too is very nice. Reception are knowledgable and welcoming but they are always extremely busy I’m happy to say this does not effect the customer service. |

Treatment was carried out on time, no long wait. Booking the next appointment was easy and dealt with by the receptionist, who managed to arrange the appointments required with very little notice. Highly recommend. |
