Considering I was a private cash paying patient I would of expected better sevice and care.
The new dentist I saw was not able to finish my cleaning as I was in too much pain, but refused to give me an injection for my gums despite my asking him about the injections...... He just did not seem to get it and looked blankly in to space with a glaze over his eyes!!???
Why could I not get my gums numbed!!??? Maybe it was there protocol or procedure!?.... nevertheless as a private patient one would of thought my comfort would be considered above their standard procedures and helped me out!
Something an NHS doctor might not think to do BUT as a cash paying customer one would expect this service. I am sure they would be sure to charge me for the injection as they even charged me extra for an exray costing me because the dentist just needed to be sure! At my expense. He did not even finish my polish!
I was not even offered a return FREE visit to finish my treatment as he only cleaned a few teeth at the top and bottom!!!! Awful service!
And the management has no email contact numbers. Its all by phone. This place just takes your money and boots you out the door!
