I have recently had to attend this practice quite a few times over the past few months due to complicated issues with a few teeth. Each time I have phoned for an emergency appointment, I have been fortunate to be greeted by one of the reception staff who has found an appointment for myself without no drama or fuss, I would like to point out individual staff members however, it would be a waste of time only because they are all BRILLIANT! It's as simple as that. It is a busy practice with a great level of service delivered by all who work there. Both my Dentist and my Dental assistant always take the time to explain what is happening which is great. In my opinion they are an Outstanding team.

Registered as a new patient at this practice last week and had an initial appointment today. It was very busy when I arrived with a queue of people at the reception; however people were seen to very quickly. The receptionist who checked me in was polite and informative - when I asked whether the practice was running behind I was told it was about 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes (as advised by the receptionist) a dental nurse came down to get me who was friendly but very professional and immediately helped me feel at ease. The dentist who saw me listened carefully to my current dental problem and after performing the necessary examinations he took the time to throughly go through the options which were open to me and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel rushed or unwelcome. After returning to reception to make payment and book in another appointment the receptionist I saw (a different one to when I booked in) was again, very polite and friendly and gave useful information. Very impressed with this practice - despite the apparantly high volume of patients the staff seem caring and professional. I usually dread going to the dentists but have no hesitation returning to this one. Keep up the good work!
