The nicest and kindest dentist I’ve ever been to. All the staff are really lovely and make you feel so much at ease. |

I have only recently registered with this practice but what a difference from my previous one!
The first thing you notice is the warm friendly welcome and excellent staff morale. They clearly enjoy working together and that extends to how patients are treated. The building is clean and there is space to sit,not an after thought. The treatment is unhurried with an appropriate amount of nerve reducing banter. I left knowing they had gone the extra mile to make my visit as pleasant as possible.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the dentist and her team to anyone.
It is worth contrasting this experience with the impression many will recognise at other practices, one of a money making cattle market mentality where you are seated (if you are lucky) in a corridor.

Dental service good and efficient.However seem reluctant to sign dental insurance claim forms saying they have not got the time. It takes 3 seconds to sign a form it is already filled in,all that is needed is a signature. Not good enough to have to wait. We pay dental insurance to save the high dental fees. We pay on arrival, and not signing the form delays our regaining the fee we have paid. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, we would not be treated if we did not pay on arrival, what is so time consuming that a form will not be signed within 24 hours.This is money we need to replace in our purse. |
