This is the worst dentist I have attended, I have wrote a formal complaint and I will be looking into a formal investigation to why I was treated badly and rudely spoken to. The stairs are very steep not suitable for elderly people and there are no lifts so this practise doesn't conform to government legislation in supporting disabled people. The appointments are ridiculous after registering with this practise I had to wait in pain 3 months to be seen and then wait another month for treatment. This is ridiculous no dentist has neglected me in this way. Moving forward I'm now registered with a new dentist just opened and I have been given a appointment where I do not have to wait long to have my teeth checked due to the damage that exchange practise dental surgeon has created. I have a tooth badly filled on the top left and on the top right a tooth is sharp and could cause damage to my cheek cells and the tooth was fine before I visited this dentist.
