From the two years I had braces, all staff were very accommodating and any problems with my braces were fixed quickly. Every stage of treatment here was explained to me clearly and staff were able and happy to answer any questions I had. It was especially nice to be in such a clean environment, I would definitely recommend this practice. My son had an emergency orthodontic situation. As tourists, we were really caught off guard. But the Orthoworld staff and doctor were immediately responsive and generous and came to the rescue. We were seen the same day. With confidence and professionalism, the situation was quickly and effectively resolved. Highly recommend this place to anybody! on Arriving the reception staff where helpfull, if only the orthodontist was. Found her extremely rude she even told me to shut up. I should of left at that point but I didn’t. I never even got to say a word as soon as I opened my mouth I got an evil look with her nasty reply. My daughter was upset and I was angry. you should be ashamed of yourself.
