My husband and I used Linden House for about 10 years. Now that we have moved and registered with a new dentist (in Scotland), I realise that the treatment we received at Linden House was poor. Particularly for my husband who has just had to have two teeth removed, one of the teeth has been causing him pain for a long time and he was just “fobbed off” every time, quite happy to take his money though. When our new dentist requested x-rays from them they received no reply. The receptionists could never manage a smile either. |

I broke my tooth while away from home and had to book an appointment For the following week. I had a temporary filling done so my own dentist, who was away on holiday could deal with me the following week. I could not believe how ok it was. I honestly felt NO discomfort at all and was treated so gently and patiently even the injection was painless...how about that! Everyone I came in contact with was smiley and friendly. I am 74 years old so could be in line for a few more visits but the prospect doesn’t worry me one bit. Thank you Linden House. |

Hate, hate going to the dentist, but, having said that, one particular dentist at Linden house is the gentlest, most caring dentist I have ever experienced. Always explains any process and is always ready to stop if I ask. The whole team there make the experience bearable. |
