Absolute shambles of a Dentist! They cancel and rearrange appointments and don't inform you. They say they are fully booked, yet someone comes out having seen the Dentist and gets an appointment in a month's time. I'm stood next to her, and am told it'll be 6-8 months as they are fully booked. Yet we were both arranging the appointment on the same basis. The difference came about when she paid. It's clear they don't cater highly for NHS patients. My Daughter attended and was told her appointment had been cancelled. Nobody had informed her. She got a letter the next day informing her she had been deregistered. Yet it was their fault. They did relent and re-registered her, only to do the same thing again. The receptionists are all really unfriendly and unorganised. It makes you wonder if the actual Dentists at the surgery know what goes on with their receptionist's and Admin teams. They must have lots of no show or missed appointments. This must affect the practice. It's mentioned in lots of other Surgeries that are under the same JDRM practice business, so not just our practice. It must be their training process for Admin staff. The reviews all seem to highlight the same issues and attitudes. |

Absolute joke of a practise, arrived 2 minutes late and was told the dentist would not see me due to being 2 minutes late, they are poorly organised and often try and change your appointments due to lack of dentists, this was the last straw for me, I’m moving my whole family to another practise and I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anybody. |

Kind and caring especially since the pandemic. I appreciate the stress they are under but always the best service from the minute I walk in the door. |
