this practice has never been great but now it’s just horrendous. Waited over a year for and appointment after being cancelled twice. This has resulted in a tooth that needed a new filling now needing extraction!! It’s just not acceptable. People are suffering and having to have teeth pulled because of no appointments! It’s totally unnecessary and unfair to say the least. The previous dentists work was shoddy at best . The new dentist is a lovely guy who is trying his best to cope with at least double the amount of patients he should. Expect to wait over an hour to be seen in a dilapidated surgery needing urgent attention. Really sad state of affairs to be honest. Something needs to be done ASAP. Problem is there are no other nhs dentists accepting new patients anywhere in the county from what I can see and many people just can’t afford private dentistry. Quite unbelievable this day and age. :(. I will try and see if I can report the dentist practice as unsafe and unsuitable maybe they will get some help in the form of another dentist to help with patients appointments and provide safe effective care. |

After years of temporary dentists, poor service and shoddy work this practice now has no dentists at all with long suffering patients being told "we don't know when we will have a new dentist". Appointments have all been cancelled with no information - and to be honest they don't really seem bothered. The worst NHS care I have ever experienced. |
