    Each time I try call I’m on hold for at least 20 minutes even though the answer message says I’m first in the queue. Getting an appointment is usually extremely difficult. Reception staff are generally very unhelpful and unfriendly except on one occasion where I had a lovely receptionist who went out of her way to assist me. I wish I could remember her name because I would love to only deal with her. She booked my very last appointment.
