Cannot book appointments and told to ring from eight o'clock. It takes between 15 to 20 times to get an answer only to be told all appointments gone for that day and to repeat the call tomorrow. This happened for a week. With no appointment! . Last two appointments have been at drop in centre at Osmonndthorpe . Very poor service. By the time you get an appointment your condition has worsened and takes longer to recover. | ||||||
