I've had to have several regular monthly appointments recently which is unusual for me. I've been able to arrange them at times convenient for me and on the two most recent appointments when I arrived early, the doctor saw me before the appointment time. |

The stereotype of Mrs Raven in "My Hero" must strike a chord with many people.
I'm pleased to say there's not of that here. The reception staff at Gildersome Health Centre are invariably welcoming, friendly and helpful, which is particularly valuable if you are unwell. Apart from making patients feel better, their efficiency must also make the best use of precious NHS resources. A big thank you from me! |
