I had an 8am appointment. The surgery didn't open its doors until 5 past 8 which meant I couldn't book in electronically because apparently I was late. I then had to wait a further 15 minutes to be seen for the first appointment of the day. Very annoying. Why offer an 8am appointment if you are going to be running 20 minutes late from the beginning of the day? Very frustrating after a night shift. |

Service has gone down significantly. Never any appointments online despite the website and telephone booking line advising patients to book online. Have complained multiple times but nothing improves. Lucky to see a prescribing nurse if anything. |
