Brilliant surgery and so happy I live close enough to be registered with them. Reception are very helpful and welcoming to start, unlike allot of GPs where the service can be disappointing. They are personable face to face as well as over the phone when booking appointments and they come back to you when they have committed to. The GPs are phenomenal! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable but they truly have empathy which is rare to find these days (based on my own experience registered at previous GP surgery's as well as experience of friends and family). I couldn't be more pleased with every single GP I have been assigned to see as well as my children. They listen, they advise and I never feel rushed. I always feel like they have my best interests at heart. All in all, I believe the service is outstanding and think it would be hard to find another practice like that of the Limes. Well done to all of you and thank you for all of your hard work. |

I have been a patient of The Limes for many years.Previously I found this to be a good surgery but over the last couple of years with all but one of the partners retiring and a stream of different doctors passing through standards dropped.I am pleased to find in recent months standards have risen again and I have received good service and care from the practice.Appointments once again easy to get face to face and on the phone.I would particularly like to praise the doctor she has shown great compassion to both myself and son after a recent family bereavement.I have a long term condition that she is treating and is regularly checking and monitoring me.I feel she is a great asset to the surgery and will become very popular with patients. |

I’m 20 weeks pregnant and was meant to have my hooping cough and flue injection, my appointment was Friday but at my place work as a care assistant the phoned to say they need my help as was very short staffed so I picked up a shift. I called the doctors straight away and told them, in which they told me they would call me on a Monday with a appointment Tuesday or Wednesday.
I didn’t receive a call Monday, I called them today and the lady on reception knew nothing about it and said she got no appointment today or Wednesday as the nurse that is in does not inject pregnant ladies. I asked the receptionist of some advise as I needed the injection before my 20 week scan on Tuesday. Her reply was ‘you had an appointment on Friday you should have gone to that’. I requested to speak to the doctor as the lady was no help at all.
Very disappointed with The Limes Surgery! |
