    My family and I have been attached to this surgery for over 20 years. I have always been able to obtain an appointment on the day I would like to see a doctor which means I don't need to make an appointment 'just in case ' I have seen a number of GPs and other staff join and leave the team and the quality of the services always remains high. All the GPs I have come into contact with explain my options rather than telling me what to do. I feel they balance their resources between encouraging proactive health management and reactive interventions very well The whole team works well together to delivery this excellent service
