Never get appointment staff on the phone refund to give name try to contect practice manager always busy and meeting I live my number tell to call back never get respond back very poor customer service | ||||||

I have been a patient of this surgery for over 20 years, have always been treated with respect and been able to get an appointment easily. The reception staff are very pleasant and have provided me with accurate information. Since my regular doctor retired I have seen several of the other doctors who have always been very understanding and taken time to understand the issues before making a decision. I would highly recommend this surgery and thank them for their continued assistance over the years. | ||||||

As a family we’ve been attending the surgery since I was first pregnant in 1995.The Doctors are first class.Today I booked an emergency appointment for my daughter and was greatful that they could accommodate her at short notice.When we arrived at the reception, she tried to log in with the booking system.For whatever reason both the chap before her and my daughter couldn’t log in, the device stated ‘ unable ‘ she proceeded to to the desk , then was gruffly told that IN FUTURE log in over there! Pointing to the device.I said she couldn’t as it’s not working.I was looked at with complete disgust, with a response of ‘ what ?’ I reapeated myself and received , what can only be described as a filthy look ! And with eyes rolling , she mumbled under her breath.
I understand being a doctors receptionist is a rough job but this manner is not acceptable.I should have asked for her name but she was busy when I left.The receptionist I refer to was sitting on the righthand side of the desk as you face the reception.I have noticed over the last 2/3 years the reception staff have changed and have become a little less friendly.BTW The staff that booked in the chap was much nicer to him and didn’t mention the logging system. | ||||||
