I was a patient for 5 years and always appreciated how good the care was at this practice - but now I've changed Boroughs I REALLY know it! Everybody from Jackie on reception - always high-energy and focused, to the three GPs - all good listeners and excellent diagnosticians. They introduced an element of telephone appointments during Covid and that has definitely helped accessability but the emphasis has remained on personal care. They do know all their patients and are great at referring onwards for more specialist treatments. I can't recommend more highly. I would just like to add that this all applies to the sister practice at Cressingham Road. | ||||||
