Why is it that gps no longer want to do their jobs and see their patients face to face? Every other industry is back and working after all. Weeks to wait just for a phone call appointment. Patients cannot be properly diagnosed over the phone. When you ring the majority of the time you get a rude receptionist at the other end of the phone. I’ve only every encountered one lady on reception who is actually nice and has people skills. I hardly ever need a doctor but it shouldn’t be this hard when I feel I need to see one. It’s a disgrace how the gps have effectively closed their doors to their patients. | ||||||

why is it every time i call have to be 40 minutes on the phone and they don't answer the phone but cut you off?? | ||||||
