I like most people get frustrated at the time spent on hold when trying to make an appointment. However, All doctors and practice nurses have been amazing ! | ||||||

The Drs I have seen have been fantastic, however it takes 50mins at 8am to try to get through to book an appointment. Most importantly, I was unable to book immunisations for my son, and have been offered a slot 4 weeks after the nhs guidance of 8 weeks old. This is distressing as I feel it has left my son at risk. | ||||||

I received a text from Bancroft Medical Centre asking me to make an appointment for my asthmatic daughter to get her flu vaccine. I have just spent one hour and nine minutes on hold, trying to make that appointment. Fifteen minutes of that time was spent at number one in the queue, at which point I was forced to assume that nobody was bothered to answer the phones today. | ||||||
