Parkway Surgery

Had a appointment at 10.55 was not seen till 12.45. When Dr Patel did I said I've been sitting with my Anxiety for 2 hours. He was more interested that I spoke out and wanted someone to sit in. Even though I only spoke to him. In end I walked out crying with my partner who was there with me. The reception staff were great in fact one went into him and said I was still waiting and how long and he replied 5 minutes but it was over 10 minutes waiting still. I did not raise my voice just said how long I've been our there and i have Anxiety he did not care. I will also be making a formal complaint

Terrible service, I've waited over a hour un a queue only to be told I need to wait 3 weeks to see a nurse, even though they have messed up my medication, first they said I couldn't have it I need to see someone then got message to say it been sent to the chemist but after going there it had not. Was told I wasnt told that when have it in my messages. Now because they messed up my tablets I have too go without and wait 3 weeks to see the nurse and in the mean time suffer. Clearly don't care about peoples health

If anyone is thinking about going to this surgery I would advice that you don’t and that you go somewhere else because the abuse all of the receptionists give is disgusting telling patients to fuck off and not helping them and then slagging patients off , when they need it or ask for it and as for the practice manager who is another waste of space / always ignores patients complaints what should happen is a whole new staff should be appointed if I was you I would not go here unless you want the disgusting behaviour
