It seems as if they have a problems with certain ethnicities. I had spinal surgery and I was left in great pain. I always seem to have problems getting my weekly prescription always having to call 111 to get an emergency supply. They can't get my medication right. Only issuing me with half of my normal meds. I have been taking my medication for more than 4 years. Since I transferred to Park Street Surgery. They actually lied about having my prescription signed by the duty doctor. I'm transferring away from Park Street surgery. I've seen the reviews and I believe them based on my experience. If you are of African decent and in great pain, I urge you to avoid this surgery at all costs if you don't want to spend days in agony waiting for meds that won't help. Horrible Horrible people. It seems as only Caucasians and East Asians are properly looked after. | ||||||

i want to thank all the team who work at Park Street Surgery for their care,patience, support and deep respect . They are very professional, approachable and easy to talk to. I have had to make frequent phone calls and visits this past year and have found all contact to be consistently good. They have helped me through a very difficult time and I would highly recommend the Surgery to anyone else. I feel very fortunate to be a patient with them. | ||||||
