Very rude reception and office staff. Who dont know what thhey are doing.Asked to email sick note told can't do that it goes to your phone. Got put through to manager who said she would do it. | ||||||

I visited Orford Lodge this morning and was seen by a lovely female doctor. She listened to me and took her time, she was lovely. Thank you doctor | ||||||

It took me 39 calls to get trough and then 1.5 hours for the privilege to speak to receptionist. I had call back from GP that told me my symptoms suggested UTI and will prescribe antibiotics, if symptoms not better in 3 days to call back and then he will do urine test. I asked to do urine test before antibiotics and he didn't want to hear about it. Tried to explain that is the right way to do it, take urine first and then start antibiotics, as I'm a nurse for 24 years and he still didn't want to hear about it. Lied it is the policy which I know for sure it is not. Then tried to get me off the phone as he is busy. So rude and so lazy, they don't want to do anything and they make sure to keep you out of surgery. Very sad and disappointing. | ||||||
