Very kind staff at all levels. Receptionist listened and explained clearly system for booking an appointment. My problem wasn't urgent so I booked a routine GP telephone appointment. Dr Bell called me and listened to my concerns, arranged tests and advised me re follow up. One of the tests was a bit high so I was sent a link to book a telephone appointment with Dr Bell to discuss. Again she was very helpful, explained next steps. I can recommend her highly enough. |

In recent times I've need speedy service. The practice pharmacist called me, at the request of the helpful receptionist, listened to my needs was helpful and resolved my problem. Today, I was dealt with by Janice, on reception, who listened, understood and went out of her way to help me. I was seen by the very kind nurse, Debbie and Dr Khajeta came to consult me too. Will all the 'bad press' about GPs, I experienced top class service today when it was most needed. The best part was simply that eveyone listened to my needs, rather than preaching 'the system'! Thank you to all. |

I had amazing service from this surgery starting with an immediate appointment. I was referred quickly to the QE2 for a number of tests. I thank my lucky stars I live here in the UK where I can access such great service. What could have been a potentially stressful few weeks was made so much easier by the efficient, professional and friendly service received not just here at the surgery, but at the QE2 also. My thanks goes to all workers involved. |
