I just wanted to review today to thank both the practice manager and the kind receptionist (whom I always find helpful and willing to go above and beyond actually. She’s an asset to the team) this morning as I was feeling frightened and short of breath. They fitted me in so urgently. I’m very grateful and know how busy they all are at the centre.
The receptionists are all always fabulous and kind to me whenever I come in and they have a hard job too! I always see people moaning etc to them. The gps are thorough too even though very over worked.
I now have a blood test scheduled for tomorrow early am at sheepcot and feel less anxious because of this.

repeated review requests are a great nuisance to me as I am not so clever with on.line stuff.I really think it’s a great practice, but please leave my mail box alone and stop asking for praise. I have been this surgery for ages. I have never been lucky enough to get an appointment whenever I needed one. Receptionist are extremely rude and have no manners to communicate. I have tried getting in touch few times explaining my sister has an allergy reaction or something and she needs urgent assistance and each time i have been informed to contact A&E where they aren’t able to do much. Receptionist would ask you 10 questions just to inform you that sorry we don’t have any appointment available. Would always suggest you to either call in next morning or afternoon. If you’re trying to ring them 5 minutes after their working hours they won’t have any appointments and will only suggest you to call 111 without considering you will have to wait for ages to wait in watford general if you’re going down and they won’t be able to sort anything for longer term. Few times i have been on call for more than 30 mins and the receptionist will just hang the call when it will be my turn. |
