Very happy with my recent visit. I got an appointment right away, the reception was friendly and helpful and I was seen on time. The doctor listened carefully to the description of my varied symptoms and his prescriptions are already improving things for me. Even though I moved house six years ago I couldn’t let go of my doctor surgery, the receptionists are really nice, and the doctor is a really lovely doctor.
The doctor knows their patience very well, In the first year of being a patient, I went in to book an appointment at the front desk, the doctor shortly after came in to the reception area they said hello to me by my first name and I hadn’t seen them for sometime, that impressed me.
Medically the doctor is very professional always been spot-on with diagnosing , advice given saved my sons life a few years back, so hopefully they will be my doctor for a long time to come .... Heidi from Watford | ||||||

I am appalled on how my wife was treated by a doctor today working is this surgery . She actually broke down feeling a lot worse due to the lack of care and attention she received. The doctor just fobbed her of like they didn't care. ( well they didn't )Then with proof of of a referral letter and previous operations on the issue. Why are you even letting someone who didn't like their job practice in this matter. (Not happy) yet heard the last from me | ||||||
