I have been a patient at this surgery for at least 15 years and in today's world where things in the NHS are getting more pressured I cannot believe how my surgery still seem to run so well compared to others I hear about.
Can you get an appointment - yes, ring & join the queue at 8.30 you will be answered, use the on-line booking service, book a pre bookable if not urgent or if urgent the receptionists at this practice will hear it in your voice & help you, they can be firm but excellent, they have gone over and above many times to help me out in my family's hour of need.
Doctors - Well there is a range. Most are good, some are exceptional, I tend to use the exceptional ones (!!) so have had tremendous family support from 2 very exceptional lady doctors over our time
Nurses - they are lovely
