Once again on a visit to the surgery, the staff on reception completely ignore your presence. I had to wait for 5 minutes or more while the staff behind the desk had a good long chat about what they did yesterday and on how the grandkids were doing. Completely unacceptable.Time, at last, to move to another practice where they don't think you are the invisible man. |

The staff on reception at this surgery really need training on how to speak to patients when they visit. Once again I have found them to be very condescending in the manner that they deal with you when approached at the desk.
Always far too busy in what they are doing to be bothered to look up and ask if they can help or say I will be with you in a moment. God forbid if you speak to them before they acknowledge your presence.
Can I suggest that maybe the surgery could have a separate inquiry desk with no computer screens or phones and just a person who really wants to give help when you visit
I hope the practice manager will find this review useful at the staff meetings. |

If you need to see a doctor don't come here. I have called 15 times this morning to get an appointment each time they are engaged. How is this possible? Sure they have turned phone off and it is not only this time. Seems to happen all the time and on the rare time you do get through the receptionists are awlful |
