I can not believe that. It allows me to do analyses, I receive the result, but I already knew that I have this. I call the doctor back and say that I want to have a consultation with the doctor about my health and I am told that it is not possible now. I say ok when can the doctor talk to me?I make an appointment for you on Wednesday between 4 and 6 pm, the doctor will call you. Yes, it's good like that, and the doctor didn't call me. I waited all day for the doctor's phone call and look, I wasted my time for nothing.Is not nice! I don't think you would like to see this happen. | ||||||

The reception staff (Specially Dev) and GP's (Dr Patel the amazing man, Dr Anika the gorgeous and Dr Doshi such a lovely lady) at Civic Medical Centre have been amazing in their support of myself and my two children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Dr Patel and his staff are being overworked by this government yet are still trying to do the best for their patients. Dr Patel always takes the time to listen to my daughters situation and supports accordingly. Dr Doshi was also very understanding and caring. I have been with this GP Surgery since it was in another building in the same street since 1999. I have never once thought about leaving this practice and have always had a great experience with the different GP's in this surgery over the years. The waiting times on the telephone to book an appointment are lengthy but since creating online accounts for all members of my family I am now able to book appointments and request our repeat prescriptions without any problems. I have always managed to get an appointment to see a doctor when it was absolutely necessary. Much appreciate Dr Patel & specially Dev for all their hard work and support. | ||||||

After a week getting appoint They told me we will call 11am than they call you 1:00pm oh sorry we couldn’t help you we will call you tomorrow 8 to 9 am than again same thing. I don’t understand with so much education they don’t understand the value of time . People have to work I left two days work just for this appointment and at the end no help . They are professional. They have just filled the place nothing else.I didn’t want to leave comment but I am fed up . | ||||||
