    Been using this practice for last 28 years and never once had issues .. My doctor has wealth of vast experience and that knowledge helps great deal to me and my family .. always recommend this Surgery

    Sometimes the receptionists may be very busy and they don't answer you in the most polite way, but one particular doctor is really good. Every time I visited the surgery I found out the answer for my problem.

    Thank you for your comment. I am sorry to hear of the issues you have faced at reception. It is important that the reception staff are always polite and helpful, even when they are busy. We have discussed this with the practice team. We have introduced customer care training for all reception staff.     Brilliant practice has looked after me for 27 years - have seen a few doctors at this practice and they are all wonderful. They are so reassuring and do their very best for me. I have been able to easily get appointments and have always felt well looked after. Thank you
