Service at Spencer Road and Harrow View improved a lot.New team is.just fantastic.Respond very quickly which makes a huge difference. Team of new doctors is superb. | ||||||

I went to this GP, and they treated the people with me with great disrespect. The GP repeatedly told my relatives that it wasn't their business, and also said that they had to hurry as they had 'other patients to see'(one.) As a GP, they ought to be helpful and try and recommend solutions, when they didn't help with my condition whatsoever. I hope they receive this complaint because it speaks on behalf the many people whom they are disrespectful to; on that day they also spoke very badly to a senior citizen in a state of emergency. | ||||||

I would not recommend this surgery to anybody. The surgery's website is filled with misinformation about surgery times, they have an online prescription form but its useless because they never seem to check the submissions, among the local pharmacies this surgery has a tendency of not filling repeat prescriptions and sending them to the selected pharmacy on time. There is a ton of other things I could note. | ||||||
