I try to book an appointment by phone two years I can't get it. Every morning I try to book appointment and evening. If I go to them walking to book appointment they tell me no booking face to face. To appointment just by phone. Me and my family about two years can't book appointment and we have many questions about our health. Really the service very very bad . We got a disappointed. | ||||||

1. Opening time information incorrect 2. Telephone answer service - you have to wait for hours before any one will answer only to be told I have just given out last appointment, can I give you hub number. 3. very un helpful reception staff, what is customer service is unknown to them. 4. to get an appointment is totally impossible | ||||||
