Would give it Zero. Staff took no notice of my disabled daughter who has downs syndrome she was at the front of the queue but staff only spoke to other people around and behind her. I made it clear the staff where just did not want to talk to her. Shocking service no wonder it was told to improve by the CQC. I think you would get a better service at the VETS |
