I visited to get a finger wound re-dressed following an original visit to the Charing Cross UCC. The nurse who saw me did not keep me waiting beyond my appointment time, dealt with me very professionally, did not make me feel even stupider than I already do over the cause of the injury, and completed the redressing within the 15 minutes allowed for the appointment. Throughout the nurse was also extremely cheerful and upbeat. I also ended up with a much better shaped dressing than I got at the UCC that will now make it much easier to get gloves over the wound so I can get my hand wet/dirty without concern
In short I could not have been better treated. | ||||||

I have been with the Flornce Road team for 3 years and can't say a bad word about them. While I don't need to see a doctor often, when I do, I've not had a problem getting an appointment and I find the triage system they use very efficient as they have realised immediately that I do need to be seen by either a nurse or a doctor. The reception team are very busy as I'm sure we can all appreciate but I've always found them lovely. They always do everything they can to help me and I find them caring and understanding. You are all wonderful examples of how amazing the NHS is so keep doing what you are doing because you are doing it right. Thank you. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for over a year now and I have had some on-going medical issues. I have found the overall service just appalling. You cannot make an appointment without first booking a telephone consultation which is always the next day, so if you call on a Friday you have to wait until Monday to even speak to a doctor who will only then determine whether you are allowed to have an actual appointment. And there have been several times that I haven't even been called back after booking to phone consultation! In addition, it took one of the GPs 4 months to send a hospital referral letter for which no explanation was provided. I am looking for another GP in my area because I am so disappointed with this practice. I would not recommend it to anyone. | ||||||
