You always have to wait, appointment are never on time, and when you book appointment online you have to wait 3 weeks for a appointment.then you have to check to make sure it face to face not phone appointment, ok | ||||||

Very poorly run GP practice with unprofessional staff and doctors. Unfortunately due to postcode restrictions Brentford has the worst GP practices in London if it would be different options would never ever sign with them. Doctors pump you with antibiotics, do not provide proper professional examination, do not listen to patient concerns and never sign specialist referrals, forget to see some specialist with them, you rather go private, appointments never on time need to wait with 50min delays, receptionists spend more time on their mobile phones than picking up the phone or assuring patients in the building. They do not care about your health at all just inform Google the rest of symptoms yourself and forget to be treated with dignity and respect. | ||||||

I have been with this surgery for many years and always had nothing but a good experience.During covid the patience and kindness I received from the receptionists was excellent.I have always had professional and prompt treatment from the GP's. I am shocked that a text had to be sent about the abuse which is being received by staff.What a disgrace. | ||||||
