The reception staff exercise such power, and treat patients with contempt. It’s horrendous having to deal with them, it’s like going to battle. You won’t get an appointment with a Doctor either. I truly don’t know what can be done, and how we can make this surgery something we don’t have to dread dealing with. | ||||||

They are a joke of a doctors, do not join this doctors. They do not care at all. Since covid it’s near impossible to see a doctor. Absolute joke. | ||||||

Reception and Admin staff treat people with complete contempt. Talk over you and down to you while trying to do the simplest of things like book an appointment or get a prescription ordered. Very condescending when you say that the time they offer for an appointment may not work and are then surprised that you a frustrated when they offer an appointment in 4 weeks. The Doctors, like almost every Doctor in the NHS I've come across are lovely and competent, but the admin staff are a massive stain on this surgery | ||||||
