I spoke to doctor about me having pain in my throat for the past couple of months ,I explain that something it's not right and I need to be check by a doctor .After phone call with him ,he said yeah somone will call you for apoitment. I been waiting two weeks and nobody did.when I call them and explain the situation the lady in the reception is giving me phone call apoitment again!!!I did explain to her that I spoke to the doctor but she said we can't give you any apoitment. Seriously if somone is very sick this place is tge worst to help .and it's not the first time that something it's not right .one time I get a paper with my result that I have cancer I get really scared and I start panic but then I looked the name and it was somone else...they are not organised there at all | ||||||

Not sure how this practice is still running. Some of the doctors outright do not care for patients and dismiss any concerns or questions patients have. A disgusting attitude towards patients. I have had instances before the pandemic when one particular doctor simply did not acknowledge that I am actually part of the conversation and he will just cut me off, pay no attention to anything I've said & on one occasion even wouldn't give me the recommended topical medication I needed, despite there being zero contraindications or factors against it. When I asked why, not only did he not offer an explanation, but became very defensive and rude. More recently, I called to make an appointment with a doctor and first of all, all appointments are over telephone and secondly, the next available TELEPHONE appointment was in 3 weeks time! Just to speak with a doctor, let alone see one. I am aware that other practices are actively seeing patients face to face, so I know this is not something that is a problem everywhere right now. To make matters worse, the only hospitals this practice ever refers to are Ashford and West Middlesex - some of the busiest and oversubscribed and terribly run hospitals. I was referred to both of these hospitals for a scan and BOTH of them lost my referral in their system & sent it to the wrong address! The GPs' priorities are just wrong. Incredibly concerning. I wouldn't recommend anyone joining this practice if looking for one in the area. I will be leaving soon. | ||||||
