Recently transferred to this or this practice after just having had a baby.
Reception staff, helpful and friendly. I felt comfortable to explain problems to them in order for them to help me to the best of their ability. They were supportive and discreet.
Really helpful when my 22day old baby needed care which reassured and calmed me.
Both doctors I have seen in the very short time since I’ve transferred there have delivered personal, outstanding care.
Best thing I ever did was transfer from the other Harlow based surgery that I was at!!!
So pleased. |

Having recently registered with Barbara Castle Surgery, I could not recommend it highly enough.
The reception staff are so friendly and helpful and always cheery which is a welcome change from the norm.
The surgery offers a range of different routine appointment times to see a GP which is perfect as I work full time.
My family and I are delighted to be registered with such an outstanding practice. |

GPS in the family practice are very good especially my GP whom I would highly recommend as they are very experienced and very down to earth. The reception staff are not helpful at all in total honesty they are useless and also trying to get through to the surgery is hard work you have to go down to the surgery to make appointments. The reception staff need extra training in people skills and need to get there head out of the computer and focus on their patients more. The only reason I am still with surgery is because of my GP as I am very comfortable with them and would recommend them to anyone. |
