They do not understand or manage mental health conditions appropriately. I hear that they will be in special measures soon. Their reception staff are constantly rude, unprofessional and two-faced. I heard them discussing what a pain a patient was. Appalling and downright wring. Not fit for purpose. Will soon be closed down. | ||||||

Doctors are not good enough but think they are. Some speak to you as you're stupid. Reception staff are common and openly gossip. I have moved from this practice. The premises are tired and unwelcoming. The entrance to the building is a battle to enter for any person with a physical impairment. It has been like this for yesrs and nothing is done even it should be. They can afford - this is how much they think about their patients. The door is so heavy. | ||||||

I had been very concerned about a changing mole on my lower abdomen. I spoke to the receptionist who was lovely and a ring back with the Dr was arranged. The Dr rang as promised and after a brief discussion he said if possible can you come in now which I did. He was very thorough and competent and had a fantastic attitude, I felt my experience was exceptional. Thank you to all the amazing , hard working Drs . Keep up the great work !! | ||||||
