Now that it has become so busy, this sergery's service, appointment times and appearance have deteriorated considerably. Can't always get an appointment even when urgent. Have had to use A&E as a result this week! | ||||||

Impossible to get an appointment for a 5 year old asthmatic child, even when ringing at 8 am and repeatedly re ringing for 10 minutes to get through. Told to ring at 2.30 to try and get an cancelation but not guaranteed!! Told to go to A and E, if I feel its an emergency!
I would not recommend this surgery as when in the waiting if your lucky enough to get the right receptionist, its always running late.
PS Next question is When did you visit this GP surgery?

I found my Dr was rude and disrespectful towards me for absolutely no reason. I understand GP's are busy people but it does not excuse them for talking to people in a disrespectful and demeaning manner. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but I will not return to find out. I am not one to leave negative reviews often but felt so shocked by my treatment that I wanted to flag it in case this is a common occurrence, I sincerely hope not. | ||||||
