At 38 weeks pregnant I’ve had my fair share of blood tests, this one stood out for me however! Had a wonderful nurse that put me in great confidence in her abilities. She was lovely and chatty and made the appointment very relaxed and brilliant at drawing blood! To top it all off she had a handy box of jelly babies as a reward! Excellent service! | ||||||

I recently moved over to this surgery. As a new patient I had various checks carried out and it was discovered I had high blood pressure. Whilst I am still in the process of investigation for this I cannot commend the doctor and nurses enough for all of their tenacity in investigating my hypertension, BP checks, blood test, follow ups with the doctor. I am always made to feel valued and never rushed during appointments. They explain everything really well and in lay terms so I understand my treatment.
As with other surgeries the time of your appointment is never a guarantee but I accept this because of how respectfully I am dealt with by staff. I could not say this of my previous surgery.
Office staff are polite, courteous and helpful too.
I am a very satisfied with my decision to change surgeries. | ||||||
