I have just become a patient at this practice following problems with another surgery. I have found the staff to be professional, polite and helpful. From my experience the staff also go out of their way to help patients, a refreshing change from the surgery I was registered with.
When ever I have had cause to ring the surgery, the phone has always been answered with a minute, and the reception staff are always willing to assist with your query. Becoming a patient at this practice has put my confidence back in the GP service. |

Was seen by hub doctor on Saturday. Was told would have a referral letter monday to allow me to use Bupa to help with my injury. Rang them and pasted from pillow to post. Every time telling me they would ring me back.
Still waiting for my letter 3 days later. Shockingly poor service. They say see other doctor then say I have to wait another 2 weeks to see a doctor again. Even thou on my records it's says I need a referral letter.
Shocking bad service |
